YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

First step

People ask me all the time how to start. Well, the answer is simple, by wanting.

Yoga is indeed a very relaxing practice, but it is also demanding at the beginning, and you truly realize that when you see yourself trying to move freely on your own flow (On your mind) but the body simply does not respond to it because they are not at all connected. So starting can be sometimes frustrating and demanding physically, but the good news is that it is only a matter of time before your body gets stronger and get used to that stimulus. Then you will feel the great feeling of freedom and reward once you can move the way you feel like moving.

Take your time and be patient. There is not only one way to yoga; you are free to build your own journey within your body's capacity, which is not at all something changeless. Be grateful for small progress because it will happen.

Teach yourself to be patient with challenges and your body to tolerate them through breathing.

We all have the potential to transform our reality for something better; take your time. That is my very first advice.
